In recent years, open innovation communities (OICs), in which users are allowed to post ideas, have become a momentous source of product innovation and development for enterprises. Continuous generation of ideas is critical to the success of an OIC. When users post an idea more than once, they are considered to be conducting re-innovation behavior (RIB). Many enterprises have implemented management response systems in their OICs to motivate users' RIB and promote the prosperity of the OIC. However, researchers have not yet examined whether management response is an effective management tool for motivating users' RIB in OICs. This research shows that receiving management response has a positive effect on the volume, quality and novelty of user's RIB. Furthermore, we found that the enterprise's official adoption willingness expressed through management response may reduce the volume, quality, and novelty of ideas in user's RIB, which may have an impact on the enterprise's insights. Additionally, we conducted heterogeneity analyses to explore the effects of different lengths and sentiments of management response in this mechanism. This research has implications for managers and enterprises and contributes to the literature on management response, idea generation behavior, OICs, and, more broadly, co-innovation between enterprises and consumers. Resource mobilization is a significant challenge for firms seeking survival and competitive advantage, especially in the context of digital transformation. Data has emerged as a vital resource, but its intangible nature adds complexity to the interactions between resource holders and seekers. This paper aims to address the gaps in understanding data resource mobilization by integrating perspectives on information, dependence, and orientation asymmetry using a social exchange perspective. The study focuses on the regulated animal healthcare industry, where a large established organization acts as the resource holder, universities act as intermediaries, and startups act as resource seekers. Through three years of data collection, the study finds that the context is rich in all three types of asymmetries and characterized by high uncertainty surrounding data as a resource. Actors engage in direct social exchanges to address information asymmetries and in generalized exchanges through intermediaries to deal with dependence and orientation asymmetries. The study contributes to theory by providing insights into the complex dynamics of resource mobilization in the context of digital transformation and proposes practical implications for managing multiple asymmetries and mobilizing data effectively for firm performance in regulated environments. This paper aims to establish the uptake of Internet of Things (IoT) by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era in emerging economies. This study aims to 1) determine adoption of IoT by SMEs during digital era in emerging economies, 2) establish challenges faced by SMEs in implementing IoT in emerging economies, and 3) develop a framework for digital transformation for SMEs in digital era in emerging economies. Systematic literature review approach was used. Articles from Scopus database ranging from 2018 to 2023 was used. 57 articles were shortlisted out of 153 articles. PRISMA framework was therefore used to perform systematic review analysis. Results demonstrate that in emerging economies, SMEs do not or are slowly adopting IoT concepts, making them less competitive. The results also determine that although IoT has great promise in SMEs, the key constraint is a lack of strategic implementation frameworks for its deployment and widespread adoption. This study was therefore carried out to develop a framework that supports digital transformation for SMEs in the digital era for emerging economies. Results have significant managerial and practical implications as they offer some insights to SME managers on how they can improve on the uptake and adoption of internet of things in digital era. Cloud computing has emerged as the actual trend in business information technology service models, since it provides processing that is both costeffective and scalable. Enterprise networks are adopting software-defined networking (SDN) for network management flexibility and lower operating costs. Information technology (IT) services for enterprises tend to use both technologies. Yet, the effects of cloud computing and software defined networking on business network security are unclear. This study addresses this crucial issue. In a business network that uses both technologies, we start by looking at security, namely distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack defensive methods. SDN technology may help organizations protect against DDoS assaults provided the defensive architecture is structured appropriately. To mitigate DDoS attacks, we offer a highly configurable network monitoring and flexible control framework. We present a dataset shift-resistant graphic model-based attack detection system for the new architecture. The simulation findings demonstrate that our architecture can efficiently meet the security concerns of the new network paradigm and that our attack detection system can report numerous threats using real-world network data. Since 2019, Lebak Regency in Banten Province has been declared as a district that has relinquished its status as an underdeveloped area. Since then, Lebak has been incorporated in Underdeveloped Regencies List as one that has escaped from the underdeveloped condition. This study uses a descriptive approach through interviews and secondary data collection. The results of this study showed that in 2021, there were two process innovations and one product innovation carried out in the context of accelerating the development of Lebak Regency as an eradicated area. These innovations include the Unique Lebak Tourism Movement Innovation: Millennial Virtual Stage and the Launching of the Calendar of Events, and Citorek Strawberry Village and Investment Ease Information Services Innovation for Business Actors/Investors through the Investment Information System (SIMPEDAL). The revolutionary advancement of technology in the past decade brought the attention of academics and management practitioners to ways of improving innovative capabilities of organizations. Advice-seeking relationships have an essential role in the knowledge production of modern-day organizations as they enable actors to acquire information, professional support and knowledge elements that they can recombine to form new knowledge. This paper conceptualizes advice-seeking behaviour as part of an inherently complex social world that can best be captured by a multiplex approach to organizational network research. It investigates how different layers of interpersonal relationships in the workplace may contribute to the appearance of advice-seeking interactions. This study examines the cases of three knowledge-intensive organizations and applies binary logistic regression to shed light on the yet invisible relational foundations of workplace collaboration. Implications for Central European audience: Central European countries attempt to improve their economic competitiveness by attracting knowledge-intensive companies as well as incentivizing innovation and digital transformation. Knowledge-intensive firms, such as business service centres or information and communication technology companies, are significant contributors to the economic output of countries such as the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland. Recommendations derived from the results of this paper provide insights into the leadership of knowledge-intensive companies regarding creation of organizational environments that foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
